Shipping, Returns, and Payments
Shipping
DOMESTIC
Domestic ground orders are typically shipped within 2-4 business days via
USPS Priority Mail - which usually delivers within 2-3 days for most destinations
within the US. Overnight and 2-day available for additional charge, but please
notify us at info@mabokids.com if you have any specific shipping requests or
need your order at any specific time. We're happy to help accommodate
rush orders, just let us know!
INTERNATIONAL
We do ship internationally via USPS First-Class mail, which takes up to 2 weeks
for delivery depending on your location. International orders may take additional
time to ship since they require a visit to the post office, so again, let us know
if you're in a rush and we'll do our best to accommodate that.
Also, please understand that, due to the nature of First-Class mail, it's very difficult
to track your international package. If you feel that it's taking longer than it should
to receive your order, contact us at info@mabokids.com to receive your Customs
number, which can sometimes be used within your country's mail system to
locate your package.
Returns
Returns are accepted on unused and unwashed items in original packaging for
merchandise credit within 30 days. Please email us at info@mabokids.com for
return information and address. Sale merchandise is final sale.
Payments
Acceptable forms of payment include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or
regular Payments all through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to make purchases.
